YOU DON'T SWAP, YOU DON'T GET
The Gypsy Lodge swap shop is full of odds and ends, bits and bobs, trinkets and
wares, bric-a-brac and curios; things to fascinate and enthral.
Our customers are free to take home anything they fancy, but only if they give us something in return: an object of equal worth say, or a song, a dance, a poem, or a story. The possibilities are endless.
BUT REMEMBER - we do not accept money, promises, or anything rotten.
And we have been known to drive a hard bargain...

NO ONE LEAVES WITHOUT PEELING A POTATO
All our guests are invited to take a seat in potato corner, where they can make themselves useful by peeling spuds for our tea, or even try their hand at the WORLD FAMOUS POTATO SHY (essentially a coconut shy, but with potatoes) - an entertainment so famous it even made it into this review of Boomtown.
It's also a place to relax and unwind, sharing stories and songs with Sailor, Blackmouth and the gang. And for the more artistic visitors, there are tools and paint with which to create works of potato art!
